In sales there are four following significant pillars to focused on:

  1. Identify and understand the customer’s needs:

 Before you can close a sale, you need to understand what the customer wants and needs. Ask open-ended questions and actively listen to their responses to gain a clear understanding of their goals and challenges.

  1. Present a solution:

 Once you’ve identified the customer’s needs, present a solution that meets those needs. Explain how your product or service can solve their problem and address their specific needs.

  1. Address objections:

 During the sales process, customers may have objections or concerns about the product or service you’re offering. Address these objections by providing additional information, clarifying any misunderstandings, or offering alternatives.

  1. Ask for the sale:

 Once you’ve addressed any objections and the customer is ready to make a decision, ask for the sale. Be confident and clear about what you’re offering and the benefits it will provide. Make it easy for the customer to say yes by providing clear instructions for how to move forward with the purchase.
