Sharif also appealed to Iranian authorities to temporarily reopen the Strait of Hormuz for two weeks.
He described Iran as “brotherly” and stressed that reopening the vital oil route could support ongoing diplomatic negotiations and reduce regional tensions.
Call for Two-Week Ceasefire Across the Region
The Prime Minister called on all parties involved in the Middle East conflict to implement a two-week ceasefire.
According to him, this pause would create space for diplomatic channels to operate effectively and could pave the way for long-term peace and stability in the region.

Meanwhile, President Trump issued a strong statement regarding the situation in Iran, claiming that a major turning point could occur soon.
