Maryam Nawaz Leaves for China on Four-Day Official Visit

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has departed for China on a four-day official visit, during which she is scheduled to hold meetings with senior officials and delegations in Xinjiang.

During the visit, the Punjab Chief Minister will meet a delegation headed by the Party Secretary of China’s Xinjiang region. The meeting is expected to focus on matters of mutual interest and opportunities for cooperation.

A delegation from the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is also scheduled to meet Maryam Nawaz during her stay in China.

As part of the official visit, Maryam Nawaz will stay at the Xinjiang State Guesthouse as an official guest of China.

The visit is expected to provide an opportunity for Punjab and Xinjiang to explore closer engagement and potential cooperation in areas of shared interest.
