Deputy Commissioner Sahiwal Captain (retd) Samiullah Farooq met with social media influencers from Sahiwal district in his office.
The purpose of the meeting was to highlight the positive and constructive role of social media in the modern era and to establish effective communication between the district administration and the digital community.During the meeting, the participants were given a detailed briefing on the ongoing development projects, public welfare initiatives and steps taken to improve government services across the district.
On this occasion, DC Sahiwal Captain (retd) Samiullah Farooq said that social media is a powerful means of communication in today’s era, through which timely identification of public problems and accurate information about government measures can be conveyed to the public.
Appreciating the role of social media influencers in promoting the beauty, historical and cultural heritage of the city and highlighting its positive image, he said that the digital community will continue to play its full role in further improving the constructive image of Sahiwal.DC Sahiwal
