With an academic background in Media Sciences from Iqra University (IU) and hands-on experience across telehealth, FMCG, e-commerce, entertainment, and digital platforms, Laiba has built a strong track record of delivering measurable results. Her work spans leading high-impact influencer campaigns, establishing digital PR and communications functions from scratch, and driving sustained growth in engagement, reach, and overall brand visibility.

Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles in brand management, creative strategy, and growth marketing. In these positions, she successfully launched new teams and departments, executed data-informed campaigns, and strengthened stakeholder relationships through clear, compelling storytelling and close cross-functional collaboration.
