So far this financial year, the price of petrol in Pakistan has gone up by more than Rs 35.

According to government documents, petrol has so far gone up by Rs 35.13 per liter in the financial year 2021-22.

Since July 1, diesel has gone up by Rs 30.7 per liter, while kerosene has gone up by Rs 34.64 per liter.

According to the documents, light diesel oil has gone up by Rs 34.36 paise since July 1.

It may be recalled that Prime Minister Imran Khan had said in his address to the nation two days ago that the price of petrol would have to be further increased and last night the price of petrol has been increased by more than Rs 8.
