Fatima Baber Joins as Head of Human Resources at DHL Global Forwarding

Fatima Baber has joined DHL Global Forwarding as the new Head of Human Resources, bringing with her nearly a decade of progressive HR leadership experience across multinational and local organizations.

In her new role, Fatima will lead the overall HR function, working closely with senior leadership to align people strategy with business objectives. Her focus areas include talent development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and building an inclusive, performance-driven culture.

Before joining DHL Global Forwarding, Fatima spent over six years at Abudawood Pakistan, where she advanced through several key positions including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resource Business Partner, Manager Talent & HRBP, and Assistant Manager Talent & HRBP. During her tenure, she played a critical role in strengthening HR operations, leadership development initiatives, and talent acquisition strategies across different regions.

She began her career in executive search at Prime Human Resource Services (Pvt) Ltd., where she developed strong expertise in market mapping, talent identification, and candidate assessment. This early experience laid the foundation for her strategic understanding of talent and organizational needs.

Fatima holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the Institute of Business Management. Her academic background, combined with her hands-on experience, positions her as a strategic HR partner capable of driving meaningful business impact.

Her appointment at DHL Global Forwarding marks another important milestone in her professional journey, reflecting her strong leadership capabilities and commitment to shaping high-performing workplaces.
