The Zuchongzhi 2.1 is 10 million times quicker than Google’s Sycamore supercomputer, according to Chinese experts.

These quantum computers are super-advanced machines that go beyond the binary codes of 1s and 0s recorded in ordinary computers in the most fundamental unit of information known as a “bit.”

Zuchongzhi 2.1 is an advanced version of Jiuzhang 2, a different quantum computer that runs on light and can run at blinding speeds of 100 sextillion times faster than the biggest conventional computers of today. 100 sextillion is 1 and 23 zeroes behind it!!
