Cashless Market Launched at Liberty Market Lahore

Another milestone has been achieved in Lahore under the Chief Minister’s Digital Punjab Vision.

The Deputy Commissioner of Lahore inaugurated a cashless market initiative at Liberty Market. The ceremony was organized in collaboration with JS Bank, the State Bank of Pakistan, and the traders of Liberty Market.

During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner  Lahore was briefed on the modern and secure system of cashless payments. The initiative aims to provide faster and more transparent payment methods for both citizens and traders.

The Deputy Commissioner stated that continuous engagement with the business community is essential for the success of the cashless model. He emphasized that promoting the digital economy is one of the most important needs of the present time.

The administration is taking all possible steps to transform Lahore into a modern digital city.
