Assistant Commissioner Chichawatni Miss Nurjis Khatun and Chief Officer of the Municipal Committee of Chichawatni Pervez Akhtar conducted field visits to various areas to review the administrative preparations.
Instructions were given to expedite the ongoing cleaning work at several places.
Officers related to water supply, sewage, and streetlights were ordered to complete the work by giving timelines.
A proposal to deploy additional personnel at sensitive locations was considered to make security more effective.
Relevant departments were alerted to remove physical markings of the route, cables, and other obstacles.
All institutions were urged that there is no room for any negligence or delay; all matters should be completed on time.
During the field visit, public representatives and administrators were also met, and measures were suggested, keeping their suggestions in mind.
The tehsil administration is always active so that the best arrangements can be ensured from every aspect during Muharram.
