Sahiwal News: Rally Held in Support of Pakistan Armed Forces Led by Deputy Commissioner

Sahiwal: The district administration of Sahiwal organized a rally to express solidarity with the Pakistan Armed Forces. The rally was led by Captain (R) Samiullah Farooq and started from the District Council Hall, concluding at the DPO Office Chowk. A large number of officials, lawyers, students, and citizens participated in the rally to show their support for the armed forces.

The rally was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner General Niaz Ahmed Mughal, Registrar University of Sahiwal Syed Asghar Ali Shah, Assistant Commissioner Maham Wahid, and officers from various government departments.

Religious scholars including Maulana Ziaullah Shah Bukhari and Pir Ehsan-ul-Haq Idrees, along with lawyers and students from schools, colleges, and universities, also joined the rally in large numbers.

Participants raised slogans of “Pakistan Zindabad” and expressed strong support for the armed forces and their efforts to ensure peace and security in the country.

DC Samiullah Farooq Praises Armed Forces for Counter-Terrorism Efforts

Deputy Commissioner Captain (R) Samiullah Farooq said that the sacrifices of the Pakistan Armed Forces in the fight against terrorism are unforgettable. He added that the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with its armed forces and supports all measures taken for the peace and stability of Pakistan.

He also appreciated the achievements of the Pakistan Army in Operation Ghadb-ul-Haqq, stating that any foreign power attempting to interfere in Pakistan or promote terrorism will receive a strong response.

Special Prayers Offered for Pakistan’s Peace and Stability

At the end of the rally, Maulana Ziaullah Shah Bukhari offered special prayers for the security, stability, and peace of Pakistan.
