Meet Muhammad Fahad!

Fahad is a seasoned HR professional with over 9 years of diverse experience in human resources, talent management, and employee engagement across leading organizations in Pakistan.

Currently serving as Regional HR Executive at Abudawood Pakistan, he has been instrumental in bridging the gap between employees and management, ensuring smooth conflict resolution, and driving compliance with ethical business practices.

His expertise spans end-to-end recruitment, grievance handling, disciplinary investigations, and executing nationwide engagement initiatives like Hall of Fame, Women’s Day, and Plantation Drives.

Prior to this, Fahad made significant contributions at JKSM-Pepsi Cola Bottlers Multan, where he progressed from HR Executive to Asst. Manager HR. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in recruitment, university collaborations, internship programs, and training initiatives while ensuring seamless HR operations.

His ability to manage disputes, coordinate corporate events, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships highlights his strategic HR leadership.

Beyond corporate HR, Fahad has also shared his knowledge as a Visiting Faculty Member at Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, mentoring students and managing academic operations.

His early career included a customer-facing role at PTCL.Official, where he honed his communication and problem-solving skills.
